Configuration/Image management

As an integral part of our support services, we’ll implement tools that dynamically store copies of the network configuration, so that they are readily available in the event of device failure, and so that if a configuration change needs to be reverted we have the option to restore back to a known working configuration.
We’ll also track the software images running on your network devices. This enables us to ensure your network devices are running a consistent version of software, and also allows us to identify when there is a software release that may provide you with business benefits in the way of new features or bug fixes.
