Moves, Adds and Changes

We understand that a data network is dynamic in nature; it isn’t reasonable to expect that when a network has been implemented then it will be left to run indefinitely without change.
As part of our support contracts we provide a change management service; we will provide simple changes to the network infrastructure free of charge with a 72 hour guaranteed implementation time.
We define a simple change as one that doesn’t need design or planning, so changes like implementing a VLAN, changing passwords, or adding routes to the network would all be completed remotely by our engineers for no charge.
Naturally we’ll process-manage this such that changes can be reverted if they do not have the desired effect.
